DJ/Producer Randy Bettis* and composer/arranger/producer David Boyd form the artistic force behind BetBoyz. Established in 2000, BetBoyz is a full service production studio for the creation of original productions, from pop to theater. BetBoyz has created Billboard chart-topping remixes for artists such as Taylor Dayne, Inaya Day, Ari Gold, Marty Thomas, Brian Kent, Jason Dottley and Jason Antone as well as working with artist such as Kim Sozzi, Billy Porter, Matt Zarley, Andrea McArdle, Felicia Finley, Jason Walker, Natalie Toro, Karen Jacobsen and many more!
Randy and David have also remixed or produced music for a variety of theater projects such as Zanna Don’t (John Housman Theater), Matthew Passion (The Actor’s Theatre), Rainy Days & Mondays (Fringe NYC) and My Big Gay Italian Wedding (St. Luke’s Theatre).
In 2012, BetBoyz music will be featured in two film projects: The Raid of the Rainbow Loungedocumentary and Bear City 2.

Having had a successful career as a Broadway gypsy (CATS, Guy & Dolls -1992revival & Miss Saigon) and in various commercial and TV specials, Randy transitioned into a club/eventDJ and eventually a music producer/remix artist - pairing up in 2000 with David James Boyd, who he met while on the 1st national tour of Miss Saigon. From mega-events of thousands to intimate house parties, Randy Bettis is among the most sought-after mix masters in the dance-music industry. Since launching his career in 1997, Randy has established an impressive track record with 10+ residencies, 11 commercially released compilations, scores of remixes and DJing dozens of major dance parties. Randy has played in some of NYC’s most legendary clubs (Limelight, Sound Factory, Stereo, Splashbar) with guest residencies at clubs around the US (Town Danceboutique in Washington DC, Voyeur in Philadelphia PA, the world-famous Pavilion on Fire Island NY and aboard the RSVP Vacations). Other career highlights include: Heritage of Pride Dance On the Pier 19; Saint-at-Large New Years Day, Black Party and Halloween Party; Miami White Party and Winter Party; David Flower’s Summer Camp; Pines Party: Fever; Dancing on the Bay; Pittsburgh Pride Dancing in the Street; Jeffrey Sanker’s White Party Palm Springs (DJ Contest); A Perfect Day 2k in Austin, TX; RSVP Vacations Mexican Riviera, Caribbean, Alaskan & Mediterranean cruises; GayDays® Pool Parties (2005-2010); and One Magical Weekend’s Riptide @ Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon 2011 & 2012, produced by Lets Go Play and supporting Broward House which brought in 7,000+ participants. Commercially, Randy has celebrated the release of 8 volumes of his Party Groove: GayDays® with volume 9 to be released May 2012. In the fall of 2009, Randy was chosen to mix the official CD for the 25th Miami White Party, the legendary fundraising event, Party Groove: White Party 10. And, in 2010, he was tapped to be the mix master on Party Groove: Cherry 4, the official CD for the 2010 Cherry Fund Weekend.
